Waste Management, the City's Franchise Hauler, provides all residential and commercial carts and bins to its customers in Manhattan Beach.  

New or Replacement Carts/Bins
To order new or replacement carts/bins, contact Waste Management directly at (310) 830-7100 or submit a work order in Reach Manhattan Beach.  Residential single-family rates are based on the size and quantity of gray trash carts.  Blue recycling and green Organics (yard/food) carts and services are provided at no additional charge.   There is no additional charge to replace a residential cart with a new one in its exact same size due to condition (old, broken, etc.).
