The Parks Master Plan is a practical, comprehensive plan of action for meeting the immediate, short-term, and long-range needs for parks and recreational facilities in Manhattan Beach. Drafted by the Parks and Recreation Commission and viewed as a working document, the plan helps prioritize projects and funding allocations. The City Council approved the updated Parks Master Plan on June 17, 2025.
