The City of Manhattan Beach developed a strategic plan in 2024 to help guide the Parks and Recreation Department. Priorities include enhancing recreation facilities, expanding programs, and developing employees. A staff work group crafted the plan with input from the community.

The plan is now finalized and ready for implementation.
