Transport Billing

The City of Manhattan Beach currently outsources transport and fire inspection billing to Wittman Enterprises. The City utilizes transport fees in alignment with Los Angeles County's General Public Ambulance Rates. Wittman uses these rates to bill customers and their insurance companies.
