The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) is prepared on a fiscal year basis for the period commencing July 1st. These reports are generally available six months after year end and represent the audited financial results for the subject fiscal year. The City engages independent auditors to review, attest to, and render a professional opinion on the City's internal controls and fiscal reporting.
