The next regularly scheduled General Municipal Election will be held on November 3, 2026, for two City Council seats.
The nomination period for City Council candidates in the City of Manhattan Beach opened on Monday, July 13, 2026. Since an incumbent did not file by the close of the nomination period on Friday, August 7, 2026, the nomination period was extended to Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
For election information please contact the City Clerk's office at 1400 Highland Avenue, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. City Hall hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
