Online Services
While City Hall is closed, online services, such as class registration, account management and bill pay, are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week through the City's website or the Reach Manhattan Beach app (see below for link).

Building Inspection Request

You can request an inspection no later than 3:00 PM on the business day before you want the inspection to take place.
Inspection requests are scheduled through the Citizen Self Service (CSS) Portal. Inspections requests can be made at any time, but will be subject to the cutoff times stated above.
You must be an active contact listed on the permit to request inspections.
You may only request at a maximum of three (3) inspections per project, per day.
