While City Hall is closed, online services, such as class registration, account management and bill pay, are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week through the City's website or the Reach Manhattan Beach app (see below for link).

To request a building inspection, call the inspection line by 3:00 PM of the day prior. This is a voicemail system and you must leave the permit number, 3-digit inspection codes and property address. Failure to provide the required information will result in a unscheduled inspection.
