While City Hall is closed, online services, such as class registration, account management and bill pay, are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week through the City's website or the Reach Manhattan Beach app (see below for link).

Utility Billing
The Revenue Services Division administers the billing and collection of water utilities for all City residential and commercial accounts. Residential utility bills are processed on a bi-monthly basis.

Payment Drop Box Ways to Pay your Water (Utility) Bill

- The City has two payment drop boxes available for your City Hall payments. These stainless steel drop boxes are available 24-hours a day, no postage required, for your water/sewer, parking citation, business license renewal and animal license renewal payments.
  - City Hall parking lot (adjacent to the Library book drop box)
  - Entrance of City Hall
- As a reminder, please be sure to reference your account number on your check and please DO NOT use cash in the dropbox.
In person at the cashier counter in the Finance Department located in City Hall, 1400 Highland Avenue, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266, Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
