To report a lost or found animal, contact the Manhattan Beach Police Department's Parking and Animal Control Services Office at (310) 802-5159.

When reporting, provide a description of the animal along with any identification it is wearing.  If you find a lost animal, local newspapers will run a free "found" advertisement. Also, stray animals turned over to the Police Department are held 5 working days before they are sent to the local shelter.

The Police Department also offers information about found pets on the Manhattan Beach Lost and Found Pets web page.

For information about the local shelters, please visit the Local Pet Services page of the Animal Control Website.
