City Hall and the Public Works Yard will be closed until 1:00 PM on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 due to staff training. Normal business hours will resume at 1:00 PM. 

Online services, such as class registration, account management and bill pay, are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week through the City's website or the City app, Reach Manhattan Beach for Apple or Android devices to access City services anytime, anywhere. Additional assistance for city services may also be obtained via the online FAQ Database/Service Request System.

What if There is an Emergency and City Offices are closed?
Emergency services are not affected by this schedule and remain accessible at any time.

• If it is a non-life-threatening emergency please call Police Dispatch (310) 545-4566 to report the emergency and stand-by City staff will be available to respond as necessary.
