*THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH PARKING AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING OF JANUARY 22, 2026 HAS BEEN CANCELLED, DUE TO NO AGENDA ITEMS BEING SCHEDULED.  

The Parking and Public Improvements Commission (PPIC) is responsible for public parking issues, capital improvement projects, traffic management, activities within the public right-of-way including encroachment permits, undergrounding of utilities and environmental enhancement. The Parking and Public Improvements Commission (PPIC) meets on the 4th Thursday of every month at 4:00 PM. The agenda will be posted the week of the meeting.
